Personal data that is processed
For the installation and operation of the App, the Device ID may be processed, although TIMLAPP will not store or use said data once the user has downloaded the application. For the provision of the App service, TIMLAPP will process the following personal data of the user: email, name and surname.
In addition, so that the user can get the most out of the App and make use of all the possibilities it offers, they will be asked for the following access permissions that they can configure through the application itself and/or their device: camera and device gallery to take pictures from the App and to upload images and videos from the device, microphone to record the audio of the videos that are uploaded to the App, GPS location to be able to include the location in each content and record on the World Map every site the user has visited.
Purposes of treatment and legal basis
The personal data of the users will be processed with the purpose of managing the provision of the App service, allowing photographs and videos to be uploaded or created from the application itself for storage in the App, offering the user a secure storage of their memories, being the basis legitimizing the processing of data the execution of the contract.

At any time, the user may exercise their rights of access, rectification or deletion, opposition, limitation and portability by sending their request by email to the address info@timlapp.com under the reference subject: “Data Protection”. However, the user will be able to access the personal data that TIMLAPP treats for the use of the App in the “My account” section of the same, being able to modify them if they wish. The only data that the user will not be able to modify will be the email.
